BOSPHORUS COFFEE BAR
Category: Interior Coffee Bar
Location: Yzberisht ,Tirana, Albania
Area: 115 sqm
Project Year: 2015
Bosphorus is a simple name to pronounce and well-known from all by the image of the bridge of Bosphorus that connects the two continents, Europe and Asia.
By the conversation we had with the requester it was thought to organize the bar in three spaces to serve to the clients: a lounge with sofas, two levels connected with a rung, massive bar with bar chairs, client’s counter and bar chairs placed close to the entrance. For the columns and the counter has been used the wood coating with zigzag incision with led lighting resembling to the metallic construction of the bridge. At the same time the wood material is used as an isolator of acoustics in order to isolate the noise the in such a space are disposed to multiply by the reflection of the sound waves caused by the stretched glass use as the dominant material. At the lounge part has been used the upholstery, single colored capitones decorated with colored pillows, while the standard tables part have seats and chairs in different colors. The lighting that has been used is in three levels: Main lighting (hanging lights), Secondary (lighting (ceiling light spots), Tertiary Lighting (Led). The ceiling of the bar has been treated from the conceptual sight as projections, water footprints of the sea of Bosphorus.

INTERIOR APARTMENT
Category: Interior Apartment
Location: Rr. Bardhyl, Tirana, Albania
Area: 110 sqm
Project Year: 2015
The main request of the client was the management of the space of the apartment in order to make it more functional. Storage spaces, adaption of spaces with the requests of the family and the growing number of children. The examination of the client’s demands and the problems that came out by the morphologic analysis of the object came up with a variant where was offered: the avoidance of a single extended “labyrinth” hall, the integration of the hall in two mini parts, the construction of a storage space, the daytime toilet with some integrated functionalities, growth of the balcony’s space, increase of the available natural and artificial light.
Affected by the deep spaces with lack of natural light have been used the light colors that grow the level of lighting in the inner space: the lighting that is used is synchronized, main lighting “chandelier”, secondary lighting/lighting spots, technical lighting LED. At the salon is used a gypsum beam which begins in the wall where starts the kitchen, continues in the ceiling and lands at the other wall of the space. This architectonic extension has been used in order to set the “virtual zoning of the space”, the beam consists with the separation between the kitchen, dining room and living room. This tridimensional element has been associated with Led lighting and spots lighting: the yellow color “mustard” used for the salon has done the spraying, the right contrast with the neutral colors of the salon, another important element that has been used is the “display with laminate” coated aslant at the dining room in order to dominate the dining part at the salon.

CHECK IN COFFEE BAR
Category: Interior Coffee Bar
Location: Vasil Shanto, Tirana, Albania
Area: 236 sqm
Project Year: 2014
The challenge at this project has been the integration and the independence at the same time of the two spaces of the bar.
The wine service part: at the existing bar is used the neoclassic style simplified, wood coat and upholstery.
The massive bar part (the additional) is called the transparent bar because its perimeter is coated with transparent glass. It has been used the eclectic style, have been used 2-3 types of chairs in different colors with the purpose to make it as variegated as possible. Some of the conceptual elements that have been used are: the ceiling of the bar has been treated from the conceptual sight as bar code, the counter “the lab of taste” gives the impression of a wooden cloven cube with an oval socket in the shape of the capsule, to “clothe” the transparent glass of the perimeter have been used rolled curtains printed with designs, the whole perimeter of the facade outside is clothed with a railing with lace that completes the transparency of the glass.
“Check on” is the name of the bar in correspondence with the trend of the youth to show their site.

INTERIOR APARTMENT
Category: Interior Apartment
Location: Bulevardi “Zhan D’Ark” , Tirana, Albania
Area: 75 sqm
Project Year: 2013
An apartment at "Agimi" bildings. Famous residential object regarding to architecture. The apartment is 80 square meter, built to live four people, this based on division of the space. The new residents are four as well, the parents and their two daughters. They moved from a larger spaced home, to a smaller one for the reason of the vicinity to the workplace. From this moment are defined initially the attitude that has to be held, starting from a maximum usage of the space and in the same time thinking about the atmosphere that has to be created to have a more comfortable and quiet living space.
The living room includes the main elements of this space, at the same time the client's likings as well. It has been thought to don't use the element of paving the floor and the middle table leaves the crossing space free as well, at the same time throughout parquet laying to create the visual effect of space enlargement. The colors of soil in her lightest tones are dominant.
The dining room creates a connection between living room and the kitchen. From there lies a panoramic view of the dynamic lifestyle of the capital city and its mixing with the elements of nature, the river and the verdure. An inspiring landscape and pabulum.

The couple's room is in the same line with the other part of the house, neoclassical style simplified. The sleeping area and the wardrobe area are separated from each-other. The light colors and the flower elements mixed with each-other create a calm and inspiring space.
The girl's room is different in style from other parts of the house. Two sisters with completely different passions. One of them fan of football and the other fond of the beautiful world of princesses. There have been created elements reflecting their passions, at the same time reaching a symbolic separation of the spaces. The decoration elements are lightening elements as well. The beds positioning creates a better communication between them and helps for a better crossing space. Visible element is the flowered one, which is found and repeated in different materials and shapes in all over the house.
The nature. The element soil, water, sky, have been inspiring in the selection of the color of the walls, in decoration and in all the details of the house.
Dualism. The putting of two different functions in an object makes it more useful and valuable.
The light. The natural and artificial light give to this apartment the right lighting and a smiley atmosphere.

INTERIOR APARTMENT
Category: Interior Apartment
Location: Liqeni i thatë, Tirana, Albania
Area: 95 sqm
Project Year: 2014
Strong contrasts have been used on this project between colors since the level of the light in the inner space is ample. The lighting that has been used is synchronized, main lighting “chandelier”, secondary lighting spots, tertiary lighting LED. The connection between living room and kitchen is expressed by a gypsum volume in the ceiling that in concept is an extended light flux realized in Led lighting, spots and plexiglass. The colors that have been used are the white, the tones of grey and yellow. The tones of wood that have been used are in shades of the color of honey. A feature of this project is the communication, the transparency that the spaces have between each other, salon, kitchen and the stairs are a triangle continuous of communication that makes the apartment more social, so you don’t feel alone. The internal stairs in this duplex apartment have been decorated with hidden LED lighting under every rung , which increases its presence in salon.

At the salon has been used the contrast between the soil color and the light shades of beige and the natural white. The tones of the wood of parquet are the colors of the honey. The atmosphere is warm and lighted, the mixed tones reflect harmony.

Location: Berat, Albania
Area: 110 sqm
Project Year: 2014
The intervention proposed by us is the integration of the balcony from an outside space to an inner space in addition to the salon. There have been used the light colors monochrome that increase the level of light in the inner space. The connection between the kitchen and the dining room has been expressed by the gypsum beams in the ceiling associated with Led lighting and lighting spots. Actually this architectonic element is motivated by the disguise of a beam hanged parametrically, that was in the middle of the existing balcony of the salon. The characteristic of this interior is the stoneware of the wall at the space of the hall in order to enrich it aesthetically since the hall has a considerable space and functionally is a junction between the inner and outer spaces.

The functionality, the mixing of traditional with modern and their unification are the main aims in the designing of this apartment. The spaces are separated and united at the same time. The fact that the apartment is a duplex helped us to create a very efficient division between the night zone and day zone.
The night zone in her design has been styled for privacy in each space. Meanwhile in the day zone has been created a virtual connection between spaces, so you don't feel alone in any of the parts of this space. We find tradition here in design and function. The element of ruined wall is dominant and significant, as well as the old rugs or the under-scale part turned into a small warehouse. Our challenge was to mix the above mentioned elements in the best way possible from the functional and esthetically perspective. The living room, as the mostly used space of the house has been designed carefully to be suitable with the physical parameters like the light or the drought. A calm and relaxing space dominated by the natural colors which have a psychological effect for the detachment from the dynamism and the fatigue of the Tirana's lifestyle.

Plasma TV stands in the background of the old brick as the fire-place in its design is modern but like an element itself has its roots in pre-history. The middle table has been designed in such a way that be functional in the center and at the same time to be divided and to take its parts in different places of the house. Have been studied really carefully even the decorative details, the elements, the tapestry. Combining together glass, iron and wood. The lighters are probably the most modern element in this apartment. Their crystals look like a precious jewel and are the only decor in the clean empty ceiling.
The cooking cabinet is based on functionality. Flaring part is the working bar which has been realized with molded material all in one, including here the dishwashing, avoiding the moisture in each corner. The space cooking-dining is separated physically with the living room, but they are connected by the element of glass, which allows visibility from dining room in living room and not vice versa. In this way the housewife won't feel alone even for single a moment. This room is designed for two kids of different genders, however the next challenge wasn't that..It was needed that actually in a not really large space to be set the playing, sleeping and studying zone.
This has been reached through the sofa-beds that when you open them become dim 120 cm. While during the day the hole space is for playing. The studying desks are set near the window in order to have as much sun light as possible, meanwhile in the ceiling has been set an artificial lightening, oriented in the studying zone. The desks are independent from each-other. Besides the room, wardrobe and the bath that fit together in this space, we have created unity even in materials. There are combined wood, leather, glass, and the background of curtains with flowers motives.

The aesthetic approach of interior
The challenge of this project has been the reorganization of the spaces accordance to the requests of the family, but always conditioned by the retaining walls that the constructive structure of the apartment. Have been used shallow gypsum ceilings and light colors because of the low height of the floor. The children room has been alternated in concept and design for two different ages and genders. A dominant element in this project is the element nature that is realized by an ecological paper, printed on the wall of the salon.
